Product Introduction
The insulation monitor continuously monitors the insulation resistance of the positive and negative buses of the HVDC system to the ground and sends out alarm signals when the set response value is reached, so as to ensure the safe operation of the personnel and vehicles.
Working Principle
A positive and negative symmetrical square wave signal is generated in the insulation monitor. The measurement loop is composed of L1 / L2, e terminals and the insulation resistance RF between DC high voltage system and chassis. The change of current in the measurement loop can reflect the insulation resistance of DC high voltage system to ground.
